We are committed to providing a top quality hair fiber product for you, and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price, even if it is completely used up, within 30 days of receipt of your order. We'll refund the entire purchase price (less shipping fee), no questions asked. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping and handling charges unless the return was a result of our error.

Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A Customer Service Specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible.
If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or if it is unclaimed or refused, it will be returned or abandoned. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the charges incurred, including the original shipping and return shipping cost, and/or tax and/or other charges.
Simply ship the product to the address as indicated on your invoice within 30 days of receipt. You don't need a return authorization number.
Once we have received your return, you should receive your refund in 2-5 business days.
