How long does shipping take?
Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post with a delivery time of 1-7 business days depending on location.
The day your order leaves our facility does not count as a shipping day. So, if you place the order on a Monday night, the order will ship out Tuesday, and Wednesday is the first counted shipping day.
It may take extra days to deliver to remote/rural areas. Saturdays, Sundays, national and BC holidays are not business days. We ship Monday to Friday and your order will ship on the same or the next business day as it is placed. There are no weekend deliveries.
What makes us different from other hair loss solution vendors is that we process and ship every order as quickly as possible. You get your order quickly without paying an extra shipping fee.
Will you ship express?
Yes. We offer express shipping to Canada via Canada Post or FedEx with delivery times of 1-3 business days. The express shipping rate is $15.95. Overnight shipping within Canada is also available with a flat rate of $35.95 via Canada Post or FedEx. The delivery time is the next business day (Monday-Friday) in most of Canada.

What information is needed for shipping?
Name, shipping address, email address and phone number. The last two are needed for us to contact you if anything goes wrong during the shipping process. We also won't ship your order until we confirm the payment. Usually this is done instantly during checkout, but sometimes it requires a few days to complete a payment. An example is an eCheck, which usually takes 6-8 business days to process.
Do you provide tracking?
For all Canadian shipments, a tracking number is provided with each order. The tracking information is emailed to you once your order is on its way. Canada Post will also automatically send emails, including the updated information of the package, to the email address associated with your order for Canadian shipments.

What is your holiday shipping schedule?
Based on Canada Post's public holiday schedule, we do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Tracking Information
To find out where your order is, sign in here, go to "My Account" and review your Order History. If your order says "In Progress", we're packing it up. If it says "Shipped", we've handed it off to a shipping carrier and you can view any available tracking information on the shipper's site. We'll send that info to you in an email too.
If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. Forila does not cover these additional charges, and the charges can be significant, so check with your local customs office before you order.
